My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were cozy and clean, the lack of windows and natural light was a downside. The service was warm and friendly, although check-in and check-out took a bit longer than expected. The location was convenient, close to everything but away from busy areas. The dining options were decent but could have been better. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.

The service provided by the staff, from receptionists to cleaners, was excellent and warm although check-in and check-out may require some extra time. They went out of their way to address any concerns we had, making our stay truly enjoyable. The dining included was served with diluted fruit juices, with freshly baked bread. Facilities were adequate, and the location at Murang'a road close to Moi Avenue offers easy access to everything in the city center.

The service from the security to porter was top-notch, although check-in and check-out took a bit longer, but totally worth it for the warm and friendly experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of Nairobi, close to various attractions and business districts. Dining was pleasant, especially the served ribs. The facilities were great overall.
